I am Christel Thimont, born in France and living in Windsor, England.
I am a qualified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor keen to share my passion with everybody out there! I am especially enthusiastic about the benefits of yoga can bring to sports people and those wanting to keep young, fit and well. I am also a qualified life coach (NLP Master Practitioner) and a Reiki healer and I'm attracted to all things alternative.
I trained in Indonesia on Alignment based Vinyasa Yoga which ensure proper Asanas alignment thus allowing for a deeper practice without any risk of injury. I am also registered with the internationally recognised Yoga Alliance.
